I 💜 Love...

I absolutely love my students. I become so invested in them, their practice, health, well-being and for many, their babies! I am so honored to have been able to serve so many incredible people over the past ten years and am looking forward to continuing to serve to the best of my ability.
My students are my greatest teachers. I am truly honored and humbled by some of the great feedback I've gotten! ~H

Hannah Williams is a loving, kind and gentle soul. When you are at her new studio and in her yoga class, you can feel this love radiating out to you. She makes sure you are staying present and making intentions during your yoga practice. Yoga with her is so rejuvenating to the body and soul. ~ Sharon

Hannah is AH-mazing! I met her when I took her prenatal class at Yoga Yoga when I was pregnant with my son 7 years ago. I loved her classes so much - they were a huge highlight of my pregnancy. We have been friends ever since. Hannah is a true gem and you should share her with all of your mommy and mommy to be friends! ~ Julie

Hannah is an exceptional teacher, and she offers tips to help all levels- and helps you focus on the areas you want to focus on.
~ Claudia

Not only is the location amazing but Hannah is a fanastic teacher. She assisted me with modified moves due to back issues. Highly recommended!! ~ Michele

I was new to yoga and searching for a prenatal class when I found Hannah. She is very friendly, knowledgeable, and a great teacher! Each week, Hannah asks about any pregnancy aches & pains we're experiencing and addresses those during our class. It is so helpful! ~ Bonnie

I am very brand-new to yoga. It is so nice to have sweet harmony yoga in my own neighborhood! Affordable, peaceful, and such a positive experience! Hannah is so down to earth and such a wonderful instructor and genuinely caring person. Definitely a no judgment zone. yay! ~Shari

Love Hannah Williams prenatal yoga classes! It is the best combination of strength, tone, relaxation, and restoration. With all of the not so fun physical and emotional changes occurring during pregnancy, it is nice to have a place to get re-centered and refocused on what is truly important each week. I also like the fact that Hannah tailors the workout to your body and your particular stage of pregnancy. For first time mom's it's also a great resource for connecting with other mommas and learning from those who have been through it. :) ~Meagan

I loved Hannah's postnatal yoga classes, and so did my baby! It was the perfect mix of yoga for me, and songs and engagement for my baby. I will miss seeing her sweet face! ~ Kelli

Hannah's prenatal yoga class was always one if the highlights of my week. It was more than just a workout, it was about bonding with baby, building community with other moms, addressing what's going on with your personal pregnancy, preparing for birth & relaxing. I'd highly recommend the classes to any expectant mother! ~ Kelley

Just wanted to say that I love your classes!Checked out your sites and it reinforces why...! I love creative people but especially creative ones like you who have such a happy outlook. You radiate sweetness!
I have a children's book out right now... switched energy into that after so many kids!  used to do the performance thing too! If you're bored, check out jjayesmith.com and you'll see more about the book.Balancing kids with creative pursuits can be a struggle but one worth pursuing! ~ Jennifer

I attended several of your prenatal yoga classes these last 9 months and wanted to tell you Ruth came about 3 weeks ago.  She was 5 days early and the labor and delivery went super well. I wanted to thank you for all your encouragement and support during my pregnancy.  I so value all you do for pregnant women! ~ Sarah

Thank you for taking the time to look into the Placenta Previa.
I am visualizing it moving up with the growth of the baby and continuing to swim, walk and do yoga.  Somewhere I did read that those were the best things you could do to keep the baby in the best position and hopefully it will allow enough room for the placenta to move upward.
Thanks again for all your help and concern.  I am really enjoying your class and having the Motherly connections!  It is truly helpful and comforting.~ Jodel
