Pura Vida Women's Yoga & Art Retreat
Montezuma Costa Rica (2011)
I taught my first international yoga retreat in the summer of 2011. I learned so much and had the time of my life, I can't wait to do it again!
My dear friend Amy Cigainero (art teacher/ retreat partner) and I co-taught a women's yoga and art retreat in Montezuma, Costa RIca.
We spent seven glorious days doing yoga classes that were themed around our daily art project, having excursions, delicious meals and quiet time.
We are already in the planning stages for the next retreat in 2013.
We are also planning a local mini-retreat somewhere in Texas. Stay tuned for announcements! Email me if you're interested in an up-coming retreat!

Then, grammy award winning mixer and dear friend, Kennie Takahashi (Norah Jones, Gnarls Barkly), put the icing on the cake with his signature modern-edge sound, and the record felt complete. “Kennie helped each one of us think outside the box. Everyone involved helped to shape the sounds in ways I couldn’t have imagined.”
