Flow, Prenatal, Postnatal, Mommy & Me
Hannah been teaching yoga with a specialty in prenatal and postnatal since 2008. She is currently offering classes in the Lakeway, Bee Cave and Austin Hill Country, Hannah's favorite part of teaching Mamas and Moms-to-be is the building of community that happens in these classes. Mamas can expect to reduce stress and anxiety, increase strength and flexibility, harness their own inner power and learn useful tools to help relieve the ailments associated with pregnancy and the postpartum period. She also loves to teach non-pregnant classes! Her classes are a playful flow set to eclectic music.
