*New Prenatal Yoga Class is SW Austin/ Dripping Springs!*
Hannah's favorite part of teaching Mamas and Moms-to-be is the building of community that happens in these classes. Mamas can expect to reduce stress and anxiety, increase strength and flexibility, harness their own inner power and learn useful tools to help relieve the ailments associated with pregnancy and the postpartum period.
New Prenatal Class is on Tuesdays 6:30pm at Yoga For You (7 miles East of Dripping Springs, just West of Oak Hill)

Hannah Williams is a yogini, singer, songwriter and mom. Her passion is soulful creative expression. Yoga has taught her to make her practice, whether writing a song, playing with her kiddo or teaching a class, an offering. She has been teaching yoga for five years with a specialty in prenatal yoga. She also teaches post-natal yoga, toddlers classes and Vinyasa flow.
Hannah attended her first yoga class in 1994 and bounced around trying to find the right fit until moving to Austin in 2005. That is where she was introduced to the spiritual side of yoga and it was the missing link. She was hooked. After 2 years of intensive study, she went into teacher training at Yoga Yoga.
Hannah became pregnant fresh out of teacher training and began taking prenatal classes immediately. After giving birth to Emalina Moon, she started postnatal yoga, then crawlers and toddlers and now, at four and half years old they practice and teach together often! Hannah began teaching prenatal yoga in 2008 and got certified to teach pre and postnatal yoga through Leslie Lytle’s OmMama training. Holding the space for pregnant women to connect, strengthen and find empowerment as they prepare for birth one of her greatest passions.
In the spring of 2012, Hannah took on teaching a regular postnatal and crawlers and toddlers class. A favorite teacher of hers passed the torch to her, took her under her wing and mentored her through the process of making a class full of parents and toddlers go smoothly. Now she gets to see her “Mamas” thorough from pregnancy to 2 years postpartum “It’s so rewarding to be able to sing and play with bright yoga baby faces”. In class, her mission is to get a good practice in for the parents, while entertaining the kids through songs and fun baby yoga.
Hannah also loves Anusara and Vinyasa yoga. She has studied with Seane Corn and Shiva Rae and completed a 100 hour Anusara Immersion with Mandy Eubanks.
Hannah’s greatest asset is her ability to connect with her students. Her classes are fun, rooted in alignment with flowing sequences and usually accompanied by an eclectic playlist or a song of her own! “I am truly grateful to share in one of the most miraculous times in a woman’s life!”
