HATHA, Flow, Prenatal, Postnatal

Hannah has been blissfully teaching yoga since 2007 and practicing since 1994. She is the Yoga Coordinator for Alive and Well, Austin's first fully integrated wellness center, and will be offering classes there this spring. Hannah's favorite part of her job is witnessing the community building that happens in the classes. Students can expect to reduce stress and anxiety, increase strength and flexibility, harness their own inner power and learn useful tools to help relieve common ailments.  Being a musician as well, her classes are always accompanied by an eclectic musical playlist.
